Would a gold eagle proof coin have the value impacted by a small strike-through on the reverse? It runs from the N of FINE off the rim. On a side note, I'm somewhat disappointed in the quality control of the gold production lines. Dust inside the capsule, of course the strike-through, and a small break in the frost on one of the obverse stars near the Capital building.

The pictures I posted yesterday exaggerate what I see with the naked eye or loupe. I cracked the capsule and used some canned air to blow dust out and then took these pictures. They better represent what I see.
