1999 D Connect Quarter Split oak tree

#1 Unread post by Rcarv »

Just messing around with some fifty states Quarter series books and found a Split oak tree on a 1999 D State Quarter..
I posted split oak and then another non split Oak 99 Mint D for reference..
Let me know if I'm on to something...
Still have to check for more errors on the coin..

Hey there . I don't see anything more than what appears to be a die crack to the right side of the Hole in the tree .

I'm not sure either..
It may be a die Crack or something else..
Looking at other die cracks it doesn't seem to be the same kinda marks..
Added a few more pics..
It has pretty soft edges for a die crack..

I don't see anything significant on this coin.
