1982 S Mint set Lincoln Penny Error what is this?
I have a 1882 S mint set the penny in an unopened mint set holder looks like any idea whats going on with this is it an error coin. look around the beard on the collar and behind his head. This is not the holder.

The current picture just makes it look like a foreign substance got in there and left a stain. Or when the proof set was put together at the mint, there was something foreign added tat decayed. Proof sets are not air tight.
