The Copper Paint is peeling off my 1991 D Penny!

Well...maybe not - but this penny looks "odd" I know it's not a DDO - It does have doubling (Date - Mint Mark - Liberty and some of the other lettering) - I think Machine Doubling.

There are just several points on the Obverse and Reverse that look like paint is peeling off the coin, or bubbly or shifted to the right (on the Lincoln Memorial)

Always appreciate the comments and suggestions
