the rim on this dime doesn't look right. by the date on the obverse is mushed down, if thats a word, gets into the date a little, and on the reverse, the same at the top and gets into the letters tes of states. common? best pics i could get. the rim ridges are there in that area but are very light compared to the rest of the coin.

well after doing a little research, the closest i can come up with is an uncentered broadstrike. any imput?

I see a light color clash on the reverse at K230 & K930.....
Possible minor part collar?
I would need to see clearer images, and some snaps of the rim
