1969S Double Die Cent

I think I found a 1969S Double Die in a coin book that I have had since a kid. Please and thank you for taking a look at the pics to see if you think it is what I think it is. Also, if it is, do you think I should I have it graded in this condition?

Thanks, I can see the difference in the images in the link you sent. My coin looked the same as the grainy image in my Red Book.
