1969 a doubled die (not fs-101 )doubled obverse and reverse

#1 Unread post by Ray69 »

Can you imagine the disappointment I experienced when I found this coin and seen doubling and after further examination, concluded it wasn't the One.☹however I can not find any references to this particular doubling.if you have seen this coin before and can shed some light, it would be appreciated greatly. Photos not that good, but tells enough. USB microscope on the way, so better photos will be posted in about a week.

That would be a 1969 s.the doubling on liberty is to the east instead of the south. 😠

I don't see any die doubled features.

Surely you see the split and doubling in the date on the 9's

On the reverse all the lettering that is white is doubling raised letters next and under the original letters. Photos just not catching what I am seeing.
