It must have a larger diameter than a normal dime, also this coin seems to have some circulation issues.

Not a problem. I am not placing a full obverse or reverse in this post as they were posted at the begging of this topic.
I hope these photo's are good enough for you. Made a makeshift coin holder out of a 2x2 and placed it between 2 full nickel tubes.

Not yet Paul. Seeing as I get my monthly VA check tomorrow I was planning on going to Lowes (if they are open). I weighed the coin and was practically, if not right on the money 2.27grms. So, that just leaves me to get a (within my Budget) caliper. Not sure as to what accuracy you need. Should it be like a scale which instead of reading 1.1 grams it's better to get one that reads 1.11 grams? In your post with the caliper in it, what is the other object?

Thanks

The other object in the image is a digital scale.
A very nice digital caliper like mine will only cost you $20

Thanks Paul, The scale I have was over Amazon. I think it between 15-20 dollars. As it displayed .00 and not just .0. I am going to attempt to get the caliper at Lowes or if I have to over Amazon.

Anywhoo,
I am going through all of this, just that you can learn from using the proper attribution tools....

:eureka:
Keep in mind that a "Broadstrike" is considered a 'out of collar' hit, & will not show any edge reeding.

hugeeyes
here are 2 images of an intact reeded collars.
