Any thoughts on the potential value of an error like this may bring.?

It's not an error but marks from circulation and die chips do not add value to a coin.

Like Daniel mentioned no extra value unless you find a particular buyer who really wants it, post mint damage, but it is a very cool coin. It does look like a guitar. lol
