I came across an 1956D that looks to be on a smaller than normal planchet and there's nothing that makes it look like it was made that way by any one clipping parts of the coin off. I could be completely wrong however.

Good morning! Your Lincoln cent appears to be heavily circulated with environmental damage, plus or minus. Worth face-value other than its copper composition, which would be worth about $.03, for if/when it becomes legal to melt for its copper content. Hope this helps!
