1993 and 2001. DD?

#1 Unread post by Jsul77798 » Fri Aug 30, 2019 12:10 am

Have a 1993 and a 2001 Washington put aside that are both showing strands of hair behind the ear that shouldnt be there. The 2001 has a similar listing on Wexlers but 3 strands not 2. The 93 has no listing I could find. Both are raised and not PMD gouges.
Do these appear to be DD worthy of submission or die damage to yall?

For the 2001 Wexler describes it as a rotation during hubbing that snapped back, but dosent seem to list q class. The x ref to Coneca is 1-0-V111 so that say class 8 tilted hub dbling. Thats what is said on Wexler. Not the exact same coin as mine but very similar.

Theres a thought..the 01 I confirmed is wddr-003, but the 93 may be a clash...ill have to re inspect for other marks or abrasion. Nothing jumped out at me so far.

The problem is you're posting more than one coin per topic, that is a good way to get bad info from confusion. Please post one coin per topic.
