I have been looking for WAMs and CAMs and came across this 1999 Plain Lincoln Memorial Cent and was baffled. Maybe I'm tripping or been looking at coins too long but I swear there's an A right between the ER in liberty! Tell me your thoughts

It's either a plating issue or marks from contact, but it's not an A.
