Looking thru many quarters today and so many Utah's ..I decided to look into it.. Above the " In God We Trust". There is a slight indent above the "In" but the obverse side the initials "CLV". The L is more so a blob and the V is altered almost looking like an arrow... all my others the CLV are easily read.. Is this an error? Please and thank you

No, this is not an error. When you find something you think is different look it up at CONECA variety vista or Wexlers doubled die website. The only varieties for modern quarters are some doubled dies, then there might be off center strike, misaligned dies, and struck through, but there's no other error types. So you can rule out all of these anomalies.
