1969 D Two Mint Marks ?
I found Two mintmarks on this 1969 D would this be doubled die or mint error ?

Why would you think a contact mark is another mint mark? If it isn't raised then it can't be a mint mark, must look the same as the actual mint mark, maybe weaker but not into the coin but raised on the coin. Also, if you looked this up as we direct each member here then you know there's no RPM or doubled die this far apart.
I encourage you to study RPM's and doubled dies with images and articles. Wexlers, CONECA and coppercoins will help you then us telling you yes or no all the time.

It's not raised on the coin, a dip then metal pushed up is a contact mark. Did you try to find a match before jumping to conclusions? Finding and identifying varieties takes research and educating yourself. it is the reason our help is to provide people with the resources to use. You are your best teacher. So please look up your coins and study contact marks and what mint marks look like.
It looks nothing like the mint mark on the coin. Not the same shape or size and it is not raised, not as in struck or punched, it is moved metal from the contact mark beside it.

No it doesn't look like it at all and if you can't find an example that matches then it is not, but if you're going to insist then send it to CONECA Paul of this community accepts submissions. I don't see 2 mint marks on your coin. Topic is solved until it is sent off to be verified.
