1970 One Cent Quadruple Die ?

Is this a Quadruple Die ? I see four ones in the date.

When you see a circular gouge around the coin it is damaged from a coin rolling machine and that is what you're seeing on the date. It is post mint damage.

Agree with Daniel on the coin rolling machine. Defintely PSD.
Might be a couple of hits on the 1 and hard to tell if the anomaly at the base of the 1 is raised or incuse.
If the anomaly is raised it could be a die chip.
