PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Our community is not a soap box for complaining or drama, so please refrain from doing so here.[/size]

Is this a lower serif on the s mint Mark ?

This lower serif appears to be a "Ball" style in these images.

The image is quite fuzzy, but the nick on the lower part of the mint mark appears to be a contact mark... :dunno
