PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). No RPMs for 1990 into the present since the US Mint stopped hand punching the mint marks into the dies. It is now a part of the design. I encourage you to look it up at CONECA variety vista and when you think you have an RPM so you can ID die markers then post here so we can help you match it. It will also show you the years RPMs don't occur.
