1989 D quarter die chip die crack doubling your thoughts!

Here goes nothing 1989 D quarter reverse has a bubble if you will that is open inside is what looks to be the leaf of the branch the chip is on then there is a crack below this running next to the second L in dollar then if you go left to the word quarter the first R I can't say if its doubling or what it is so thank you all once again!

It's all die wear and fatigue issues then it was damaged in circulation.
