the image has not been manipulated, the proof has already been made in a reputed certifier, the coin is circled and I agree, but it has never been polished, now if the has some polished in photo the same year can you show me?

It has been polished and that is a fact. It will never be certified and graded as a proof by any company that counts like PCGS. NGC Or ANACS. I guarantee that.

So instead of wasting people's time posting images and arguing, send the coin to PCGS or NGC so you can find out the hard way I am correct.

The coin has been polished and it is not a proof.
