2015 Lincoln cent error

2015 Lincoln cent error. The chin has a machine looking error down in it, that hasn't took any of the copper layer off inside.I took lots of pictures trying to get you a great angle to look inside of it, you can see Ridges running North and South.

It was caused by the edge of another coin, contact that area at an angle. It's not a mint error.
