Just finished going through 25,000 cents. No DDOs. Approximately 1/3 were actual copper coins (pre-1959). Found 1 Indian Head Cent in Good condition and 11 pre-1920 Wheats. (Also, good to fine.)
The one coin, out of 25,000 worth keeping:

1. Post a front and back image of your coin with a specific question about what you’re seeing or asking about and one coin per topic.
2. Please remove coin from the holder unless it’s US or an official mint case or unless it is graded by a grading service.

Re: 19xx LHC Capped Die
Very nice find Mark.
That's a really nice percentage of copper. I've got multiple acquisitions where the mean is ranging in the 8% - 12%. Only last summer the rolls I picked up from the bank were in the 18% - 26%
(BTW- were yours really only coppers pre-1959 or did you mean pre-1982?)

Okay, nice catch... pre-1982. But, there were a lot of wheats (1940-1958). Nothing worth keeping though.

lol:
You're usually so thorough and meticulous with your posts I thought you got yourself one heck of a haul of wheats.
