Hey guys new to the forum and fairly new to searching Jefferson rolls, I got a bank box today and found several good coins. One 1939 had me puzzled...any help on what type of error or variety would be appreciated
Thanks!

Re: 1939 Jefferson lamination defect on reverse?
Welcome to the forum. That is interesting.
The secondary E in the field seems larger than the E of EPU and is surrounded by a rectangle.
Is the Rectangular area set below the surface of the field or is it raised in relief?
And is the E in question Raised or incuse (recessed) into the surrounding metal?
I'm leaning towards PSD (post strike damage) but others much more knowledgeable than I will be able to offer some better insight.
