1998 plated penny?

I have a found a few pennies over the years that have been plated.I also have one with a more dull steel look.It is non magnetic and weighs 2.4 gr.
Tell me what you think.

from these pics, this coin hugeeyes 's like an "enviro"......
...when i say 'enviro', i mean the coin looks to have "ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE"......
...as if it was 'not properly stored',... & the 'surface' was compromised,
possibly it was in a automotive cup holder for some time (just as an example here) ... JMO

I agree with Paul. You can specs of copper poking through on the images.

Could have been removed artificially but it is post mint damage for certain.
