1964D wavy steps ?

Hello everyone ID like to get some opinions on this 1964D Lincoln cent ,ID like to know if anyone has ever seen anything this wavy,notice where it says one on reverse the E and N and the date I see doubling and the Lincoln memorial how the pillars look like a deck of cards that have been fanned out across the image and seems to repeat two the top of the coin any and all suggestions would be great thanks everyone

This is what happens when a coin is chemically altered with acid or exposed to heat, but this is not a mint error.

Good to know.
I've seen this before and thought this was a version of struck through grease where the devices didn't get filled but there was displacement of the metal being "pushed" around so to speak.
