Does that reverse die break and chip on the rim by the O qualify as a cud?
I know there is a minimum size usually to officially qualify.

Edit: checked Cuds on coins for definition and realized this is not a cud because it does not extend onto the field of the coin. Also found out there doesn't appear to be a size requirement to qualify.
