Hello all,
I found this 1974-D quarter in my pocket change, and looking at the reverse, the top part of the rim is missing. You can clearly see the United States at the edge. Is this a mint error, or some other type of error?
Thanks
Leonel

It is a slight misalignment but within mint specifications.
