Hey guys this is my first post, I have a coin that I cant seem to find a match anywhere else. The obverse of this coin is distorted while the reverse seems typical 1998 D?
What Kind of error is this and any ideas of the value?

i would need to hugeeyes some pics of the "RAW" coin, out of the 'FLIP',........
& a few shots of the "RIM" edges....... :dunno

Yeah, need images out of the flip. It looks struck through late stage die cap.
