PM’s are for issues, technical and personal, but not for coin questions (refer to number 5 on this list). Don't know if mint mark is from strike, mach doubling, or maybe just die problems around M.M. Looks like maybe their could of been a lite die clash in this area of coin ... Thanks for opinions please.....

keep in mind MM's are tiny.....

& the high volume repetitive striking during a run usually 'deforms / distorts' them so they can often look like doubled/re-punched.... so on
