76 and 78 Lincoln

I'm wondering if this could be a class VI double die on the 76 word LIBERTY and the 1978 date due to the unique thickness.

Very difficult to attribute a coin that has circulation marks and scuffs. Also we need to see the entire coin because die markers help identify varieties if they're already known.
