Hi! I just recently decided to collect silver dollars. I purchased a coin---1886-P Choice Uncirculated BU-Morgan Silver Dollar-with VAM-22-Near Date-Closed 6 I-2 R-4-Which was done by VVS. It stated in description---VAM-22 III221 · C3a (Near Date) I-2 R-4
Obverse III221– Date set further left than normal with closed 6. At least two obverse dies exist. Does this decrease or increase the value? What would the value of this coin be? Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome!
We really need photos to give you an idea of value. While your information is very detailed, this only indicates a premium that may be added to the coin's grade value. And, quite often with varieties, or VAMS, the higher the coin grade, the less the VAM adds.

Re: Dies This VAM Decrease The Value
Just a bit of info on the information you provided...
I-2 : Interest level
According to Cherrypicker's Guide, I-2 is "some collectors interested" : this means a niche group would be looking for this, or low demand
R-4 : Rarity scale
Sheldon scale - 76-200 pieces known to exist
This is always a bit frivalous since more are always found which reduces the rarity and value of the coin
VAM-22 is not currently recognized by the TPGs.
VAM World indicates this is not a Top 100 VAM.
These indicate that the premium for the VAM would be low.
So, I'd base the value of the coin solely on the grade, which you can find here: 1886 Morgan Dollar values
