You need to cut back on the lighting , crop pics and properly explain your area of concern with arrows if you can . Use a Program like PhotoScape . It's a FREE DL . Easy to use . Thanks . Sal

You coin is nothing more then a normal 1996 cent. a 1996 is suppose to have a Close AM
You really need to spend some time studying the following sites. Error-Ref and Wexler's Coins and Die Varieties These sites will help teach you about what a variety/ errors coin looks like. I also suggest that until you learn the above and what can and cannot happen to a coin at the mint. You need to stick to looking for known errors. You will find what the TPGs will recognize as varieties on the PCGS. This will save you a lot of time in having to take photos and then posting them, only to told it is not what you think.

@trevor
Some thing I forgot to say about the coin. All wide AM's 1959-1962 (1998,1999, 2000 WAM variety) have the FG close to the base of the Memorial. All Close AM's (1993-2008) have the out away from the base of the Memorial. Easy way to remember it is Wide in, Close out
