1995 D Quarter

1995 D quarter. Your thoughts on the eagle's claws?
There are parts of the coin that are suffering from a bit of deterioration, which is what my first thought was. What do you think?

The Eagles outside right claw certainly does look interesting.
That doesn't appear to be MD to me.

Yeah I thought the same.
I seem to have misplaced the photo of the whole reverse, Ill upload later. But I can say that there is a fair amount of Die Deterioration Doubling on much of the reverse wording, not all but a significant amount. I thought perhaps that could be part of whats happening to the claws but I have mixed feelings on that idea. It does look rather interesting. Thanks for taking a look! Look forward to everyones opinions whatever they may be.

It's caused by die deterioration.
