Really odd strike: 1982 Lincoln Cent

I don't collect modern cents as I find little interesting about them and usually am dismayed at how poorly made the zinc cents are. But, I ran across this one today and had to take a second look.

The coin was struck twice and between strikes, the coin rotated while in the collar.

Yeah, it's a nice coin and the grade will determine the price.
