What's this slab?

I saw this on one of the coin groups on FB. Whose slab is this?

I don't know what the B stands for, but if you type the serial number into eBay, you get an 1886S Morgan and the date on the holder has been "hidden".

Can you open this holder and simply insert the coin you want to sell?

It's a no name TPGS to sell coins for more than raw value. I wouldn't touch the coins in these slabs and they might not be authentic coins for that matter.

I have seen these before. They match the dollar slab to the condition they think the coin is. No date. It is a trick to get more $ from an uninformed prospective buyer. Scary thing is, it presents the coin better than a flip or paper holder and makes folks think it is "graded" by a legit co. Just another sleight of hand trick used by people you should not do business with.
