Barbarians, Persians .... what is it like?
Hello,
Found in the field between scattered Roman coins, I can not identify what this coin is. Please help determine which coin. Has a diameter of 20mm. Material is silver.

Sorry, but nothing I've seen before. Looks too modern in design. Alien holding a bat with pointy fingers on other hand. Reverse with an insect head.

Where were the Roman coins scattered? I agree with Mark. It looks like a fantasy piece.

On a plowed field on an area of 100x100 meters scattered Roman coins, side by side coins of the Austro-Hungarian Empire (copper and silver). Also there was found the silver Polish Grosh of 1539 (very thin and broken) .... and there are many more cannonballs and remnants of shells of the First World War. While stopped on the search for Roman coins.

The first thing I'm surprised about is how different the obverse and reverse are in performance. It's as if it's different coins .... On the back it looks like a warrior is shown in armor, in the left hand is a battle ax (similar to Scandinavian ax or Skeggox), bat in his left hand has no thorns, on the head bearded helmet .... an arrow or a spear that sticks out from the foot, suggests that a specific event or person wanted to be portrayed.
Maybe this is a false idea... possibly a Celtic coin, there is some similarity.

Any chance this could depict a Celtic fable or story of the local Gods.
I know this suggestion is biased from modern times but could it portray a sport (with the bat), similar to the Mayan's depicting a team sport on one of their arenas.
And I hate to say it but the opposite side appears to be a wide head (Frog?) with eyes and a slightly opened mouth.
Or if it is a well known site, some modern Jester taking a fantasy coin and tossing it in the field to mess with the Metal Detectorists.
