PCGS is actually an amazing story and although I know it's not perfect and has issues with consistency, still yet, they did create the rare coin market we know today. I am doing webmaster work for Joel D. Rettew - joelrettew.com and Dave Hall worked for him for 2 to 3 years and calls Joel one of his mentors.

I flew out to CA the first of November and it was an eye opener. I am going back out and this time I will visit PCGS and take some coins. Orange county and the surrounding area is basically the hub of the rare coin market.
