Just got this at the Long Beach show 9/19/15 and Thought I would show it off. This is the first one I have seen but there is one picture of this type on the TPG slabs site.

Q:
assuming they started the "cert #'s at" 100,000......
would this be the 584th coin they graded...? :dunno
