appears to be a ms 63 or 64 looks red from the pictures but may go RB its hard to grade any coin 100% accurate from pictures would need better close up pictures to give you a more accurate grade

Based on my years of PCGS cent submissions this cent would currently get MS62, I see a bunch of micro marks on the coin. PCGS is in control of the common date and condition grade coins's market.
