I noticed that it's graded a Mule Note. I didn't know what that meant so I looked it up. From what I read it means the plate number on one side is a different size from the front . I guess this occurs when both plates aren't matched up correctly . What I don't know is does this increase the value and how much ? UPDATE : According to Heritage Auctions , they say some mules are scarce but they don't mention which ones . You would have to do some research and see what other Notes are selling for like yours .
As far a your main question, I don't think it matters that it's the last number in the run. I would say it doesn't increase value.
