I've never heard of them but their are a lot of grading companies out there today . I actually own a 1881S Morgan also in MS-65 if you want to compare . Daniel also has an awesome grading page on his homepage . PCGS does also. Are there any dings, scratches etc.
It appears to be very close to MS-65 from the pics . MS-65 is $160 from NGC , I have mine graded by them. I call it " The laser Eye " .
Here's mine for comparison :

yea its real shinny. but it dont have that frost look to it. the light cart wheel flows across the coin on the pivot points.
the shine is equal across the coin. so i dont think its cleaned. but do all morgans always have that frost look?
there is no discoloration or like dark spots around the stars or around the eagle were the polish couldnt reach
all across it. it has the same evan shine.

i wonder if it could have been dipped in some thing

SensibleSal66 coin looks shiny. but his details or strike look alot better
if it was just a raw coin. not graded by a fake company i would have thought it was a nice problem coin

The coin looks fine and it appears NTC got the grade correct which is not usual, they trade for a grade back. NTC is legit but not repsected enough for trading like PCGS, NGC, ANACS or ICG. SEGs can't be isn't that respected either. I see the owner at the shows and all his coins are raw, so he knows people just don't accept their holder.
