All of these images are of contact marks and the mint does not use chemicals that would cause extra images on coins. Seems you're looking for information that fits what you want this coin to be and that is unfortunate.
You can achieve this same toning by leaving the coin in a cup holder of your car with heat and humidity, or wrap a dirty coin in tissue paper or saran wrap and get it wet, and after it dries out it can look like this since the tissue and wrap follow contours.
I have experimented on stuff like this all my life and I have seen just about everything someone can do to a coin, and this is not a mint error. Sorry I don't have better news but I am not tickling your ears with vague could be or maybes when I know better.

My $0.02 - coffee stain effect from exposure to either a briny or soapy solution. That would make a wavy mirror shape effect along the raised devices on the surface.

It is very important, that if you are going to be collecting coins, you learn the die making an coin minting process.
Repeated image:
:eureka:
This is just one example:
Say that you have a piece of cloth, you wet it with a solution and lay your coin on top of…
After a day or 2, shift at coin just a bit… Now the "toning" image that was left on that cloth, will very lightly transfer back to the coin.
Of course, if you do this repeatedly, you will have many images.......
