#1 Unread post by Habib »

Hi All,

Greetings...

I have a 1864 US 2 cents coin and I can see Double Die in date and mint error in words. I did not find any similar coin in internet, therefore I am attaching the picture s of this coin to have your opinions.

With regards,

Habib.

The 1884 2CP looks as if it's an RPD....
The Ike Dollar, is a contact mark from the edge of another reeded coin.....JMO

:eureka:
Keep in mind, on this site, it's best to start a new thread for each coin.

The Eisenhower Dollar is a mark from the reeding of another coin and not a 5. So this is not a mint error. The 1864 is a common RPD and NGC Variety plus has some listed to compare.
