At the time, I gave you a photo of everything I found. I've found two more since then.
They all have six spokes.

Your Victory looks to be wielding a hammer. I believe you see cracks.
All the other examples are using a whip.

Cracks are difficult to duplicate, but on the edge, they would be sharp and pass through an obverse or reverse edge. Your edge has been smoothed making it appears as a hole on the edge.

I've already declared based on my observations.
I don't know what else you want me to tell you.

No i hear what you are saying... i was simply curious why they would go to all the trouble to make a copy yet add 2 spokes. when you say copy, wouldnt they just try to duplicate the exactly how the original was?
how do they copy a coin like you suggest this is? do they need the original to do it? if thats so, why the 2 added spokes if most are 6?

It can be explained and compared and doubted over and over, but to keep the hobby fun it is best to "when in doubt do without".
