I haven't given up. This one is just confounding me. When I think I've found the obverse bust, the reverse doesn't match, or it is the wrong metal.
Any chance of another photo. These are so low resolution, I can't "manipulate" them.

My best guess, so far: (assuming Elagabalus)
AE 19
Philippopolis, Thrace
Obverse:
AVT K M AVRH ANTONEINO, laureate head right
Reverse:
FILIPPOPOLEITEN NEWKO-RW-N, naked athlete standing right, crowning himself with wreath and holding palm

Varbanov 1763
_philippopolis_Varbanov_1763.jpg
Why I think this may be incorrect... the appearance of the letter B at the two o'clock position on the reverse is not on this coin, he has no "spear" in right hand

The issue with finding this coin is the individual on the reverse standing right while holding a "spear" in the right arm (upright) casually and the left arm bent in to the waist. The individual is also nude.
The only two other coins where this stance occur with Elagabalus are:
c.jpg
Note: wrong base metal, left arm is not bent inwards, skirt with legs separated
This obverse bust profile looks most correct, but he's wearing as crown.
SevAlexYr5Caesar.jpg
Note: wrong base metal, headdress and clothing

That's having gone through all known Elagabalus coins, which leads me to believe it is not Elagabalus.
