Those bulbous triangles with stars above are:
"caps of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars"
Try looking through those.

Laureate head of Zeus right.
Reverse:
Caps of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars, caduceus between; TABHNΩN beneath.
Pollux and Castor or, Polydeuces, were twin brothers in Greek and Roman mythology and collectively known as the Dioskouroi. Now we call them the constellation: Gemini.
