front looks similar, back no so much
lettering appears greek

Bust of Athena right, in high-crested Corinthian helmet and an aegis
Reverse:
AΠAMEΩN, ANTIΦΩN MENEKΛEOYΣ, eagle alighting right on basis decoraged with meander pattern, flanked by caps of the Dioskouroi surmounted by stars.

was this before it was a Roman province ( renamed to Pisidia)?
Was it a client greek state under Rome?

It was "incorporated" in 133 BC by the Romans, so this would have been a new coin for the new administrators.
