No way to be certain based on blurry images. It is best to compare every single and minute detail against an authentic coin image. Check shape and size of every detail of the date digits and letters.

Re: 1903 100 lira Vittorio Emanuele gold coin
These are the things you can check. But, as Daniel stated, without clearer pictures, calling authenticity is difficult.
Years 1903-1905
Valuation 100 Lire (100 ITL)
Metal Gold (.900)
Weight 32.25 g
Diameter 35 mm
Shape Round
Orientation Coin alignment ↑↓
Demonetized yes
Mint Mark R (Rome)
Edge Reeded
References KM# 39, Fr# 22
Weight and diameter are important as any other mixture would produce changes.
You will have to check for coin alignment and reeding as they cannot be seen in the photo.
In 1903, only 966 were made. Currently, they have only been found in F, VF, and EF drawing values at 3000, 5000, and 10,000 respectively. Finding out could be well worth the effort.
