This is a super nice coin and I bought a nice BU example for my son, I haven't sent it off for grading but it's at least MS64.

No clutter in the fields, it looks gem?? Another NGC under graded coin. Does this travesty in grading bother anybody else? Super coin sir!

It bothers me but what can you do? I preach this all the time and even the dealers I know agree with it.

However, I do see enough contact marks on this coin that MS64 is close. Toned coins can be confusing when grading since the toning can hide marks.

It is a solid MS64, as there are a few contact marks on the front.

The only thing I can say is that if you are happy with ms64, it must be fair. I just did not see a busy enough field for anything less than ms65. Sorry, my friend.

Looking at images and grading isn't easy either, it's near a form of art itself.
