Try looking up Spade Guinea.
I cannot tell from your photo if this is the game token (19th century), or the genuine coin.

Game token:
Obverse: GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA, laureate head right.
"George III by the Grace of God"
Reverse: W.C.B.ET.CO.DG.IT.REX.FD.B.I.R.M. 1790, crowned coat of arms.

Genuine coin:
Legend of the genuine coins is M.B.F.ET.H.REX.F.D.B.ET.L.D.S.R.I.A.T.ET.E.
"King of Great Britain, France and Ireland, Defender of the Faith, Duke of Brunswick and Lüneburg, Arch-Treasurer and Elector of the Holy Roman" Empire
Originally minted from 1787 to 1799, the spade guineas and half spade guineas were later copied extensively and used as advertisement and game tokens etc.
The token was typically used for gambling since gambling was illegal.
