Just wondering if this would be a D over D, and how much they are worth. Thank you.

It's a positive D over D RPM, but the grade helps determine the value.

It's a very nice RPM. Repunched Mintmark 1956D-1MM-001

Yup, it's definitely 1956D-1MM-001. The grade is hard to determine but looks maybe F/VF so I would probably put the value at around $5, assuming there is no damage to other areas of the coin.

Nice coin, by the way. That variety is by far the strongest RPM for that year.

Yes, very nice pictures. I also noticed the die chip on the left wheat stalk above the 'U', it is one of the markers for that coin.

So the grading of F/VF would be pretty accurate then? Thanks for the help everyone...

Just out of curiosity, where did you get it? Was it a roll find or a cherrypick?

I found it in a roll out of a sealed $25 box of pennies from the bank (Brinks). Not sure what a cherrypick is... I always put my Wheat and Indian head pennies in flips, and didn't notice it till I was looking at the date and mint to write it on the flip.
